The
Teacher Training program is based on adult learning principles monkey see,
monkey do! This means that the workshop will be demonstrated/modelled by
Annette du Toit, with your full participation as a delegate.
You will then be
given opportunities to practice some sessions, which builds confidence and
competence through constructive feedback.
|
Day
1
is
spent gently exploring, through dance and drawing, just where you are right now
in your life? Where am I with my inner child? How do I limit myself? Where do I
still need healing?
|
|
On
Day 2 you will experience a portion of the LifeSkills4Kids
Workshop with you participating from the level of being the child.
We close the day by
brainstorming the criteria for success for a facilitator. This creates total
transparency of what we will be looking at when you present your sessions the
following day.
|
|
Day
3 is filled with
excitement, skills development, and learning and more healing as you each
present your session. Constructive feedback starts immediately after your
presentation. As an ongoing practice, we also work through the what if's and
clarifying any questions that may arise during the days presentations. |
|
On
Day
4
we do more presentations, work through the Positive Parenting
Workshop
manual, and work on the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
|
|
Day 5
is a cognitive day. We look at being a
facilitator from a different perspective. How do we manage
and take care of ourselves
outside of the training room? How do we
reach and maintain a high resourceful state to be fully
prepared to facilitate our kids workshops?
We want to be competent, confident and congruent. We learn
to do a congruency check. We explore our beliefs and values and map out a
hierarchy of our core values and from this, write up our life purpose. We do an
alignment process of all our resources a powerful exercise you can do before
your kids workshops as well. Like an orchestra playing, you want all the different
parts of you to work together.
We discuss how you would go about setting up your
training practice or business, or how to incorporate your new coaching skills and
knowledge into you present work. We discuss how to go about
marketing and advertising your new skills, creating your vision and setting your
intentions for your new venture.
We close with certification
and saying our good byes.

Message
from Annette du Toit
The fact that you are registering for this Teacher Training,
I believe, is due to divine inspiration and guidance: you hearing the calling
of your heart to actively and physically become involved with the children of
our planet, to assist and provide them with the essential life skills and values
required
to become fully functional adults.
Children are being raised and educated by adults, who
don't
know themselves how to deal with their own issues of lack, loss, poverty,
victim consciousness, anger, fear, guilt, feeling not good enough, etc. Adults
have not been able to teach their children the valuable life skills required to
deal with their pain, anger, their sorrow, feelings of sadness and how to
empower themselves, love themselves, affirm their uniqueness, etc. Our planet
is filled with wounded children big and small! Many of them spiralling out of
control and if these children are to be the future leaders of our land ??
Well???
Children are experiencing huge
dysfunction which is impacting on all our lives.
You need to heal your wounded inner child and then connect
with the divinity within you and bring it into your life's work to support the
children, especially those being labelled ADD and ADHD. This is not a true
diagnosis and parents, being convinced that this is the problem with their children,
are doing more damage. You will be given the tools to do this work.
